| Public Housing | If you qualify for this subsidy, when your name comes to the top of the list you will be offered an available unit at one of DSHA’s public housing sites. DSHA owns and manages nine housing sites statewide. (Click HERE for maps and pictures of DSHA public housing sites.) |
| Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) |
DSHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Office will issue vouchers to applicants who qualify for this subsidy when their name comes to the top of the list. It will be the applicant’s responsibility to find a unit in the private market. When the unit is approved, the voucher holder will receive rent assistance. |
| Huling Cove (Elderly/Disabled Site) |
DSHA manages Huling Cove and Huling Cove Annex in Lewes, DE. This site has one-bedroom units only for the elderly and disabled. If you qualify, you will be offered a unit when your name comes to the top of the list. |
| Holly Square (Elderly Site) |
DSHA manages Holly Square in Middletown, DE. If you qualify, you will be offered a unit when your name comes to the top of the list. |
